The 2021 Bauer X Glove was designed for the recreational or new-to-hockey player that is looking for something that doesn't have all the high end technologies but will have the comfort and protection needed for playing occassionally or on pond.

Made with a Poly Mesh integrated shell, the Bauer X glove is durable and lightweight with an ergonomic fit for optimal comfort. For protection Bauer uses MD foam with PE inserts in the fingers and backhand for impact resistance against common hockey occurances like slashes or blocked shots. 

The Bauer X glove also includes a taktile palm to make it easier for new-to-hockey players grip their stick. The two-piece flex thumb will give players more mobility but also prevent hyperextension. 

This glove is a great option for recreational or beginner players that don't need top end technologies but still get the protection and comfort needed at a much lower price point.
